Olivier & his son Justin Poussart won another national victory on Bourges V (383 km) in the old birds category which is already their 8th national victory since their first one in 2016!
Their brand new national victory is not the only top performance booked this year since the Poussart's father & son achieved an impressive 2025 season with many national top 100 and several rankings in the championships of the KBDB. The race of Bourges V from the 21th of August was a real firework with many tight arrivals:
Bourges 3.990 old birds: 1-9-11-27-38-40-45-75-81-82-... 39/58 incl 20x per 10
Bourges 18.985 youngsters: 7-85-126-157-... 16/34 incl 11x per 10
It is a yearling hen christened ''Zénobe'' (BE24-1021371) who won the national victory against 3.990 old birds achieving the 3rd highest speed from the 22.975 pigeons entered. It is a full sister of another hen who won the title of 1. National Acebird Middle Distance KBDB in 2023.
The father was bred from a joint breeding with Patrick Vervloesem (Vale As x Sister Lady Bourges, 11. National Acebird Long Distance KBDB x sister 1. National Bourges) while her mother is an english hen bought by their late friend Paul Santens, a 100% Geerinckx.
